We are from Denver and were on the road to visit Glacier. When our Chieftain started acting up we found Penco and Tib and Lynn. They were kind enough to take a look at the bike in spite of how busy they were on a Friday afternoon. They were able to solve our problem in an hour and get us back on the road. That is excellent service!!!! Thank you again

Just purchased a Yamaha V-star 1100 and couldn't be more pleased with both the product and the process. They even managed to find ways to trim my final costs. Wow, that was just outstanding. I highly recommend this company and crew, they really sealed the deal.

Awesome service. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. On a road trip from Colorado and needed tires. The service was quick and professional and I was back on the road with minimal delay. This shop has expert staff and totally cares about their customers. Thanks so much

We were on vacation in a Big Fork, and after a ride through Glacier Park, noticed my back tire has been tore up from 12 miles of dirt roads. We called to see if they could change a tire for us. Not only did they take care of us, but it was done quickly! Great people, great service, and I will definitely be back again! Thank you all!

Chelaine Keyser in Clothing is always such a great help and is so good at customer service. She knows her product and is so patient and I love buying things there because of this. Your service department is always helpful and i recently brought in my Triumph Thunderbird Storm which is not one of your brands and they did a great job. Ryan Brechbill said my bike was in great shape and never over sells service and just does a great job.

Phil/Steve:Really enjoyed seeing you and the team last week. Tib was excellent and I really enjoyed my time with him. We finally took the sleds out Saturday and had a very good dayI managed to fall off once and scared the you know what out of me, but all was finethankfully the sled continued merrily down the trail and NOT into a tree. Double thankful for six inches of snow to fall into that cushioned my fallLarry said I just disappeared in an explosion of white.Karla loved hersesp the heated seats. I managed to use the DC outlet on mine and connect my heated face shield on my BV2S helmetoh what a joy to have that! I had helped my brother in law dig out his sled (he managed to park it squarely in the trees), got roasting hot, and then put my helmet back oninstantly fogged everythingplugged in the helmet and was clear as a bell a few minutes later. Thanks again!Mark

The folks at Penco are 100% committed to customer care and satisfaction. From sales to parts and accessories. They always jump to help find anything you need. If they don't have something unique in stock,... they will find it and get it to you asap. Very impressive. They never make you feel like an "inconvenience" to "them". I know it sounds crazy in business, but so many businesses make you feel that way.Thank you everyone. Awesome job.

I have to say, that is about the nicest snow bike I've ridden yet. The quality if the bike in general, Hydraulic clutch was amazing, the "feel" and ballance of the entire package is amazing. The power and gearing are perfect. The "smart EFI" is priceless. No programmer needed, no gas in your oil, and keeps updating in real time, like our auto's do. That Husky 511 with the long track is very, very nice. Thanks again Steve and Penco

I got a chance to ride the Husky today and I have to say I was impressed with it's out-of-the-box performance. No fuel controller needed,... just gas it and go. The low end torque on this thing gets you INSTANT track speed and the split close/wide ratio gearbox makes a ton of sense (1-3 close ratio, 4-6 wide ratio). The only thing holding me back from saying it dominates is my inability (and all of ours today) to differentiate performance from the long track to the short track kits. The Husky has the long track and new ski while my KX is short track with the old ski. The Husky was able to take steeper angles than I could, but how much of that is related to the long track is yet to be seen. I hope to ride a long tracked KX this season to see the difference. But, regardless, the Husky is getting it done.

Recently purchased a pre-owned motorcycle from Penco. It was a very nice motorcycle at a great price. After the sale, there was a problem with the title (no fault of Penco), and Justin Fisher, the Penco rep straightened it out immediately. I can't say enough how pleased I am with the experience. I drove over 1000 miles to buy my motorcycle from Penco, and it was absolutely worth the drive. I highly recommend these folks and thank them for an outstanding effort.
